HYPNOTHERAPY
PROFESSIONAL
DESCRIPTION
Hypnosis is a state of mind in which the
subconscious temporarily becomes highly
receptive to suggestion and change. At
any time when our conscious mind is
absorbed the subconscious mind is more
open and
vulnerable.’
Hypnotherapy serves as a means
of communication between the subconscious
and conscious mind - between feeling and
intellect. A hypnotherapist does not and
cannot control another person’s mind. The
function of the hypnotherapist is to
assist and coach in order to mobilize the
beneficial powers of the subconscious.
This course makes the techniques and the
benefits of the hypnotic trance and
self-hypnosis available to
you.
